This policy explains what information Arth (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit arthforyou.com or get in touch with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, brand or company name, the service you are interested in and your message. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive the details you share there.

Information about your visit. Along with an enquiry, the form records the page and button you came from, any campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), and your device type and browser. This helps us understand which parts of the site lead to conversations. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and performance.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare proposals, and to deliver and manage work you commission from us.
• To keep the website secure and working well.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, for example to remember campaign tags during your visit. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the services that help us run the website and reply to you: our web hosting provider, the email service that delivers enquiry notifications, and, if you contact us there, WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversation, and for client work, as long as needed for the project and our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it, by writing to yashnaforarth@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
